Where Did Ashley and Jared Honeymoon?
Where did Ashley and Jared honeymoon in Europe??! We know they went to Italy & Greece….but exactly where did they stay? First, they stayed along the Amalfi Coast in Italy, which is home to world-famous spots like Positano. Then, they ventured on to the most famous Greek Island: Santorini, staying in a cliff-side resort with a jaw-dropping infinity pool & views better than from Mt. Olympus! Since both of their hotels are on the pricey side (well over $500/night), I’ll tell you where they stayed & also tell you about nearby hotels that aren’t so expensive!
Where did Ashley and Jared honeymoon in Europe?? I’ll tell you the exact hotels & give you less expensive alternatives in this post!

Where Did Ashley and Jared Honeymoon?
First up: the legendary Amalfi Coast. Here, Jared & Ashley stayed at a hotel called Casa Angelina ~ which is set directly on the cliff’s edge, with a gorgeous pool overlooking the sea; many of the rooms have private balconies with similar views. The hotel has a minimalist, modern vibe: letting the view take center stage. The price tag? A cool $822/night!!? Yikes! But I’ve got good news: there are a TON of gorgeous hotels nearby, & below, I’m giving you two alternatives that are within walking distance of Casa Angelina ~ at half the price.Â
Casa Angelina is set in the very small town of Praiano, which is nestled between the more well-known towns of Positano & Amalfi. This area does not lack for world-class, five-star accommodations…
Climb 200+ steps & you’ll land at Ashley & Jared’s first Italian hotel: Casa Angelina.
Great Alternatives to Casa Angelina…
Don’t want to spend $800+/night?? I don’t blame you. Here are two hotels close to Casa Angelina that are both well-reviewed & have INsane views: 1) the charming, bougainvillea-covered Hotel Pellegrino ($199+/night), & 2) Hotel Tramonto D’Oro Hotel ($309+/night), which features a rooftop pool & Turkish sauna….& views that may even be better than Casa Angelina’s…Â
Where Did Ashley and Jared Honeymoon?
Next up, the honeymoon spot-to-end-all-honeymoon spots: Santorini, Greece. One look at the photo below, & you’ll understand why. Here, Jared & Ashley stayed at the high-end West East Suites, which run over $500+/night. Set in Imerovigli, between the popular towns of Oia & Thera (where there are more bars & night clubs), the West East looks directly across to caldera Santorini is known for, making it a thoroughly romantic spot for honeymooners…& less hectic than Oia or Thera.

Great Alternatives to West East Suites
Within a Greek god’s throw of the West East Suites are two fantastic alternatives, that won’t kill your budget: 1) Santorini Princess Spa Hotel ($198+/night), & 2) the upscale Dome Santorini Resort ($166+/night).
Since you’re virtually next-door to the West East Suites, the Santorini Princess has near-identical caldera views…at half the price.
For upscale chic in Santorini: try the Dome Santorini Resort, in relaxed Imerovigli.

Those infinity pool shots are crazy! I believe Rachel & Brian from “The Bachelorette” also just honeymooned in Santorini…it’s quite the romantic spot. But I’ve heard it’s quite touristy – any ideas for a similarly beautiful European location that would have less tourists? Thanks!
Hi Marta! CROATIA!!! Soooo beautiful, & there are 1,000 islands off the coast….so you can definitely find one with less crowds! Hvar & Korcula are two good ones, but the list is literally endless. In Greece, there are also a TON of islands: the two most popular ones are going to be Mykonos & Santorini by far. Try another one & you’ll find wayyy less people. Hope that helps! xoxo Noelia
