Welcome to “Girl Who Gardens!”

Welcome to my garden!
First off….what exactly is “Girl Who Gardens??!”
“Girl Who Gardens” is simply an off-shoot of the “Girl Who Travels the World” website: in the beginning of 2020, right before the world turned upside down, I happened to buy a house….& this house happened to have a huge yard that was just hard, Central Oregon volcanic dirt. During the past two years, I’ve been working hard to transform this barren plot of land into something a wee bit prettier, shall we say. And, slowly but surely, I’ve managed to do a lot in two years: using French country gardens & Joanna Gaines as primary inspirations, I’ve slowly turned my backyard into a beautiful sanctuary….
Little by little….
