Our Cuba Video!

I can tell you all about Cuba….or I can simply SHOW you what it’s like!  There’s no better way to get a feel for a country than to take a little video tour through its streets ~ which is exactly what we’re doing in this up-close-and-personal Cuba video!  Cuba is unlike anywhere else in the world, starting with its energy & attitude towards la vida.  Watch this video & step inside that sexy Cuban energy with us…

Take a drive along the Malecon, starting at the world famous Hotel Nacional ~ where all the celebrities & gangsters have smoked their Cubans in old-world style.  Next, move on to the best salsa studio in town & learn how to dance from the pros: Casa Del Son.  After you’ve worked up a sweat, head over to Parque Centrale & Hotel Inglaterra for a drink at the bar & people watch your heart out!  Then finish off with dinner at our favorite neighborhood Bar 361, close to the always popular Hemingway stomping ground, El Floridita!

Where to Stay in Cuba!

  • Most Classic = Hotel Nacional: Frank Sinatra, Winston Churchill, and Ava Gardner have all stayed here, making Hotel Nacional one of the most historic, elegant hotels in all of Havana.  Set a few blocks from the ocean, close to Old Town Havana.  Click here to check prices.
  • Best Location = Hotel Inglaterra: Set right on the Parque Centrale, Hotel Inglaterra’s location is pretty much perfect.  You can walk everywhere from here, including all of the fun restaurants and bars in Old Town Havana. Click here for prices.
  • Best Value = Hotel Terral. Rated #1 by TripAdvisor as the best value in Havana, the only detractor is that you’re going to be a bit of a walk from Old Town. But no problem! Just rent a classic vintage car to get you there.
  • Best Budget Option = Casa El Mirador. If you want more of a B&B option in Havana (which I’d highly recommend), El Mirador is a great option with stellar reviews. About a 15-minute walk from Old Town.

Goodybye Cuba…
