- The Mark Hotel ($$$$) = THE Place for Star-Sightings During the Met Gala. Located on Madison Avenue on the Upper East Side, just blocks from the Metropolitan Museum of Art (where the Met Gala is held): stay here in May to run into Hollywood’s hottest stars. The Kardashians, Anne Hathaway, Paris Hilton, Bad Bunny, Gigi Hadid, & Emily Ratajkowski have all stayed here.
