Where Do Celebrities Stay in Mexico City?
Mexico City is a fashionable & dynamic city, & one that I loved much more than I thought I would! Food-lovers will delight here, as there’s every kind of food imaginable: from delicious street carts to upmarket, “see & be seen” type of restaurants. Which could be why the city is so loved by Hollywood stars. It’s also a tour stop for major artists, like Taylor Swift ~ & most major film stars will stop here as they do press for their movies. So let’s find out: “Where Do Celebrities Stay in Mexico City?”

I know exactly where Eva took the shot above! By the Gran Hotel Ciudad de Mexico, overlooking the magnificent Zocalo.
The Gran Hotel Ciudad de Mexico isn’t on my list of hotels below, but it’s a great place to grab a drink (on their rooftop restaurant, pictured above) or to use as a base for exploring the city!

Four Seasons Mexico City ($595) = Taylor Swift’s Hotel of Choice in Mexico City: During her Eras Tour in Mexico City, Taylor Swift rented out 200 rooms here for her crew! And more recently, the Beetlejuice cast ~ including Michael Keaton, Jenna Ortega, Justin Theroux, & Monica Bellucci held a press junket here for the film. The Four Seasons is located right by the entrance to Chapultepec Park (one of my favorite parks in the city), making it a fantastic walking location.

The St. Regis Mexico City ($585) = JLo’s Top Choice in Mexico City: Charlize Theron has stayed here, as has “James Bond” himself, Daniel Craig. And Jennifer Lopez has been here many times. In 2015, she launched a clothing collection here. And just this year, she promoted her film “Atlas” at the St. Regis. A high-end option, located in the upscale Polanco area.

Hotel Condesa DF ($335)= Hip Boutique Hotel for Celebs in Mexico City: Condesa is one of the top neighborhoods in Mexico City (I loved it!!). And the Hotel Condesa DF is one of its most beautiful hotels. Natalie Portman, Viggo Mortenson (from “Lord of the Rings“), & Mexican filmmaker Alfonso Cuaron have all stayed here. Goop & Gwyneth Paltrow are also fans.
Their incredible rooftop bar is not to be missed!
