Welcome to Noelia’s Travel Shop!
Welcome….I’m glad you’re here! With this “Travel Shop for Women,” I’ve tried to pair it down to the most IMPORTANT items I take with me on every trip ~ whether it’s a beach trip to Panama, or a ski trip to Aspen.
These are the things I can’t live without!

A sarong is one of my travel must-haves!
The Absolute Must-Haves
Oddly enough, the first thing I always pack: the perfect-sized hair towel! Hotels never have the right size towels for woman’s hair. Next up, having hard-shell, indestructible luggage in the perfect carry-on size is a MUST. And I love my hanging toiletry bag so much ~ I use it at home too! You can see everything so easily: it keeps you well-organized.
Finally, OSEA’s travel-set is my current obsession for skincare on-the-go: it’s luxury in a bottle.
How I Stay Healthy on the Road!
Staying healthy on the road is a non-negotiable: there’s nothing worse than being sick abroad. TRUST!! Before traveling, I pare down my supplements to the most essential, starting with Methylated Vitamin B. B vitamins provide energy, help with jet lag, & are something I take religiously in everyday life. Next, after being on a plane: I always take Wellness Formula. This stuff is magic: if taken at the start of a cold, it almost always cuts it off.
Next up: Activated Charcoal. Keep this handy, especially if you’re traveling in Mexico or Latin America. If you drink any bad water, charcoal will help remove it from your body. It’s an emergency decontaminant, & I’ve used it many times abroad. And finally: Mineral Sunscreen. This can be really hard to find abroad, so I always bring my own.
Electronic Gear for Travel
You always need lightning-fast chargers when traveling. And, if you have long stretches on planes or trains: it’s great to bring your own portable charger. This SAVED me in South America: with it, I could charge my phone anytime, anywhere. Beats headphones are great for tuning out the noise on planes, trains, & automobiles.
And for great photos ~ especially in the water or if you’re traveling solo: a GoPro is a lifesaver. Some of my best solo shots were taken on a GoPro….like below, at Iguazu Falls in Argentina.

On my second day at Iguazu, I saw sooo many rainbows ~ it was incredible!
Great Swimsuits for Travel
I always pack a sarong: after the perfect-sized hair towel, a sarong is the next thing I throw in my bag. It’s a quick, easy way to cover-up. And I love having the perfect triangle top ~ or a sexy one-piece for more coverage.
